Healthy No-Bake Protein Granola Bars



I don’t know about you, but I get so frustrated trying to find a good protein or granola bar at the store that isn’t full of inflammatory oils, hard to pronounce ingredients, or tons of added sugar. I’ve finally gotten myself to make them at home and these are honestly so much better than any I’d get at the store! 


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 2 scoops protein powder of choice

  • 1/2 cup nut butter

  • 1/3 cup honey 

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips


Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine your dry ingredients and mix well. 

  2. Add in the nut butter, coconut oil, and honey and mix

  3. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Flatten the bar mixture into a parchment paper lined baking sheet 

  5. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set

  6. Cut into whatever size bar you like and enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer
