Vanilla Yogurt Bark

Perfect for warmer weather, this vanilla yogurt bark is such an easy and nutritious snack. With just a few simple ingredients and no cooking required, you can make this for the whole family! I loved adding almond butter to mine, but you could add any nut butter, honey, or date syrup. All of the fruit toppings are completely customizable as well. I recommend letting the bark sit out for about 10 minutes before you eat so that they are not too frozen from the freezer! This recipe would also be delicious with some coconut shreds on top.



Ingredients:

  • Vanilla greek yogurt (any brand you like!)

  • Almond butter

  • Blueberries

  • Honey



Method:

  1. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet

  2. Evenly spread a layer of your yogurt

  3. Top with almond butter and honey and swirl through the yogurt

  4. Add your desired fresh fruit

  5. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour
